Our Story


How it began....
In the fall of 2013 we ventured in to the pig business. We knew that we wanted to offer the best meat quality in the state and we researched for countless hours to find what would fit our standards. In that research we discovered the Berkshire breed, prized for their heavy marbling, flavor and tenderness, we knew that’s what we wanted to raise.
We are a farrow to finish operation our bloodlines are from progeny tested sires and raised in Eastern MT, on the McCone Heights Berkshire Farm.
We would love for you to experience the amazing taste of Berkshire!
Our pork is best enjoyed when cooked between
145-160 degrees, pink is ok.
